Avenida Residence is located in a building that has belonged to our family since the beginning of the 19th century. XX in the heart of the historic center of Braga in a pedestrian area. Let yourself be conquered by the energy of a 1 bedroom apartment, refurbished and equipped with the main utensils for you to have a pleasant stay.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor with elevator access and is designed for guests. It has 1 bedroom, a suite with a double bed and a small balcony, kitchenette with stove, toaster, electric kettle, mini-fridge with freezer and all kitchen utensils, dining table for 4, living room with sofa bed, TV and Wi-Fi Internet and 2 complete bathrooms with shower.

The Municipal Tourism Tax is not included in the amount paid for your reservation. The price is €1.50/person/night (over 15 years old), with a maximum of 4 nights' stay charged from March and October. Paid directly with Sé Apartamentos.

We will not be held responsible for failure of services such as electricity, water, Internet and TV.

Absolutely amazing flat and absolutely the place to be in Braga . So clean , and 2 separate bathrooms and toilets . So if you are a couple , you can have your own bathroom . In the center of everything , so can walk everywhere in Braga without to take the bus . Definitely , yes , I will come back there and one of the best Airbnb I have been and I have been in more than 60 differents places . Definitely the 3 best I have been .
