Avenida Residence is located in a building that has belonged to our family since the beginning of the 19th century. XX in the heart of the historic center of Braga in a pedestrian area. Let yourself be conquered by the energy of a 1 bedroom apartment, refurbished and equipped with the main utensils for you to have a pleasant stay.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor with elevator access and is designed for guests. It has 1 bedroom, a suite with a double bed, kitchenette with stove, toaster, electric kettle, mini-fridge with freezer and all kitchen utensils, dining table for 4, living room with sofa bed, TV and Wi-Fi Internet and 2 complete bathrooms with shower.

The Municipal Tourism Tax is not included in the amount paid for your reservation. The price is €1.50/person/night (over 15 years old), with a maximum of 4 nights' stay charged from March and October. Paid directly with Sé Apartamentos.

We will not be held responsible for failure of services such as electricity, water, Internet and TV.

Wonderful apartment!

We stayed in Braga for two night with my wife and 7 month old son. Apartment was clean, quite with air conditioners working very well. Landlord provided baby chair and bed. They allowed to make a early check in and late check out that made our time management much better. Coffee, tee was there. We enjoyed a lot. Thank you so much!!! It will be great to have heated towel rail.
