About this property

The Las Palmeras chalet has a capacity for 10 people, in a 400-meter house spread over two floors, with a large garden and pool on a 3,000-meter plot, where you can enjoy a great time with family or friends and spend some wonderful sunny days , baths, relaxation and fun.
Smoking is allowed in the outdoor areas, but not inside the house, if so, it would be valued to collect part of the deposit.

EQUIPMENT
The house has 4 bedrooms, three of them with a complete bathroom inside: the first with an XL size 2x2 bed, air aconditioner and bathroom with bathtub and shower, the second with an XL sixe 2x2 bed and bathroom with bathtub, the third with a bed of 1.35 and another of 1.05 and a bathroom with a shower plate and the room with three single beds of 0.90. The living room - dining room has two comfortable sofas, dining area, Smart TV,air aconditioner fireplace and direct access to the garden. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, utensils...etc. On the top floor there is a large terrace overlooking the garden and pool. There is Wifi and mosquito nets on the windows.
In the outdoor area, there is a garden on a 3,000-meter plot with a swimming pool, sun loungers, barbecue, and parking for a large number of spaces.

Las Palmeras is located in a rustic area near the La Estancia Chiclana golf course, near Novo Sancti Petri and the beautiful La Barrosa beach.
