The BEST House in the area
In 1st sea line fully equipped and furnished in luxury urbanization with direct access to the sea to an exclusive cove that allows a privileged swim in the sea.

Very close to 2 magnificent sandy beaches (Palmanova and Magaluf). The house has the captivating charm to spend the summer nights, in a very quiet area, and enjoy its magnificent terraces.

Large terrace with stunning views, living room with double sofa bed, full kitchen. Three double rooms: Master bedroom with large double bed and terrace en suite, 2 double rooms with 2 beds each room, and ull bathrooms in suite with shower (renovated in 2016).

The house is equipped with all the top brand appliances. It has air conditioning (hot / cold) in the living room and the three bedrooms.

This newly house renovated in 2016.

Torrenova Vista stay

I booked the stay due to its appearance & the direct access to the sea. The host Luis, couldn’t have been more helpful & informative prior & during our vacation. If we were to return to Calvia we would want to stay here again. The only negative is finding parking if you have a hire car but this isn’t necessary for most people but we were also travelling Mallorca

Nice Villa

Villa was nice & airy with plenty of room for 6 people and has all the facilities you need, also has a lovely view of the ocean & its own access to the sea, it is close to the beach & there is a local supermarket across the street. However there are lots of steps to navigate to reach the villa from the street which we found very challenging when we arrived & checked out with our 20 kg cases in hand as we had to carry them up & down the steps, so if you are not physically fit or of a certain age hire a car as the area is quite hilly, it’s ok going down to the beach but we found it very challenging walking back to the villa in the heat after a day on the beach, the villa is also right next to a kind of seagull sanctuary so can be quite noisy at times If something sets them off! Luis the owner was very helpful and easy to contact with any issues we had or info we needed.

Great property

Lovely property with plenty of space for the 6 of us. Beautiful views out across the ocean from the balconies, the downside of being on the cliff face was the noise from the seagulls early in the morning but this was only really an issue in the master bedroom. I wouldn’t recommend this property if you have mobility issues as the steps down are very steep but it was fine for us and our teenagers. Would definitely re book this villa if we came back to the area.

Un verdadero paraíso

Las fotos no hacen justicia a lo que verdaderamente es esta propiedad. Unas vistas increíbles, una localización perfecta, poder bañarse en un pedazo del mar privado, realmente no tiene precio. La propiedad está perfectamente equipada hasta el más mínimo detalle para haber podido pasar unas increíbles vacaciones! Calidad y detalles que mejoran la experiencia. Hasta pronto!

Beautiful views

Area: it is fair to say this is an area of Mallorca we had avoided over the years. As expected it was very busy, and the beaches were too busy for some of us. The road where the house is located however, is tree lined and quiet. The beach is a 10 min walk away. On Palma Nova Beach there are a couple of good quality restaurants. Palma old town centre is 40min drive away. Small and large supermarkets are within easy reach. House: We loved the house. We couldn't use the garage and car gate as they could not find the remote. It was being repaired on the day we left. There was some water damage on the ground floor, with skirting boards missing, which made the ground floor bedroom very damp. The owner was helpful and explained there had been a leak but suggested one of us buy a dehumidifier. We tried to air it a lot. Hopefully the repairs will be completed soon. The house was spacious, had plenty of facilities and small details were thought of which was very nice. There were no sun loungers on the top balcony as in the pictures but there were deckchairs. On the terraces on the waterside there were plenty of sun loungers some parasols, chairs, a Bbq, and 2 showers. We loved using the balcony area that envelopes the house and the terraces below. The hotel pool was nice too. Overall, a great place to stay and v easy to ask the owner / manager questions, they were very helpful.

Beautiful home with an amazing view.

My husband and I stayed for 5 days. The house is spacious. It has 3 bedrooms , but the first floor had its in sitting area with a pull out couch and tv, with a separate bedroom for privacy. Then the second floor had another sitting area and kitchen with a bathroom and a shower. The view was just breathtaking!!! All you saw was blue water. The deck area was massive. On the 3rd floor were two bedrooms with on suites. The master bedrooms bathroom had an amazing view of the sea as well as a private deck. We loved the location. Easy quick drive to Palmanova, with all the restaurants. You won’t be disappointed staying here. Luis the owner, is very responsive as well. We would love to stay here!!

Wunderbar

Ich miete jedes Jahr ein Haus oder eine Wohnung auf Mallorca, deshalb habe ich den Vergleich - diese Wohnung ist definitiv die sauberste und die am besten ausgestattete Immobilie. Einziger Minuspunkt - Parken auf der Straße ist manchmal schwierig. Vielen Dank, dass wir diese Wohnung für wunderbaren Urlaub nutzen konnten.

Everything was just as described, except that it was better! Great views, quite a private feel and waking up to the sun and the mediterranean is something special. The home is clean, well-equiped and overall a joy to be in.

Super Energie!

Ein Ort am Rande einer brütenden Mövenkolonie mit Blick aufs Meer von beiden Stockwerken durch bodentiefe Fenster. Meeresrauschen bei Tag und Nacht. Das war wirklich herrlich! Küche sehr gut bestückt inklusive Entsafter und Mixer usw. Übergabe durch spanischen Gärtner etwas unbeholfen (sprach kein Englisch), Kontakt mit dem Vermieter reibungslos gut und schnell. Zufahrt durch Magaluf/Palmanova etwas abschreckend, das Haus selbst aber belohnt durch eine Oase der besonderen Art: beste Energien der Insel-Natur! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Fantastische und unvergessliche Tage in Torrenova

Diese Ferienvilla ist wirklich fantastisch und hat alle unsere Erwartungen mehr als erfüllt. Die Lage ist auf den Klippen mit dem direkten Blick aufs Meer ist unbeschreiblich, und das auch noch direkt vom Bett des großen Schlafzimmers und sogar von der Dusche aus. Die großen Terrassen, die mit allem ausgestattete Küche, großer Fernseher und Soundanlage, ein sehr gemütlicher und sytlischer Wohnraum, da stimmte einfach alles und hat uns eine unvergessliche Woche bereitet. Die Kommunikation mit Luis dem Vermieter war sehr gut und unkompliziert und wenn es eine Frage gab, war Manolo der Verwalter gleich zur Stelle. Vielen Dank für alles und wir werden mit Sicherheit wiederkommen :))

Super Wohnung / toller Aufenthalt

Wir haben die Tage ind dieser Ferienwohnung enorm genossen. Die Ausstattung, der Renovationsstandart sind toll, die Sauberkeit einwandfrei, die Aussicht wunderbar - und das zu einem sehr fairen Preis. Wir haben Golfferien gemacht und innerhalb weniger als 30 Fahrtminuten konnten wir 6 verschiedene Plätze erreichen. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt!

Unparalleled Sea views in a corner terrace house with lot of space inside and outside. everything you would expect is in the house. It is close to nature so some unwanted visitors to be expected

Long awaited holiday

We did a last minute booking & fortunately this property was available. We normally stop in Illetas but it was booked so this area was new to us. It’s a really lovely house very clean, spacious & modern all white & very Ibizaesque! Comfy beds & pillows & large en suites to all bed rooms! It’s situated in a quiet area with fabulous sea views & in walking distance to Magaluf & Palma Nova. Magaluf isn’t for us but it was quiet as most things are closed. Palma Nova was mostly open with some nice restaurants & bars although still quiet but we preferred it rather than rowdy. Not sure what it would be like if it wasn’t for the travel restrictions though. So it was great to get away at last & we really enjoyed our stay plus the weather was glorious! The only negatives for us were that it’s quite hilly/steep with about 70 steps from the house up to the main road but i guess it kept us fit. Also, the land next to the house is like a seagull sanctuary & the noise was pretty loud at all times of day & night & we were woken up a quite a few times in the night with the screeching but I don’t know if this happens all the time or it may be that it’s breeding season etc. We would return though & Luis the host was very kind & helpful & the briefing sheet he provides was very informative too! Overall a very positive experience & great holiday at a very lovely house!

Family Holiday in fantastic house in Terrenova, Mallorca

Beautiful 3-level house with fantastic sea view in Terrenova, only a few minutes walk to Palmanova Beach. Very spacious, 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms. Nice modern interior. Stunning Master Bedroom and bathroom with breathtaking Seaview. The house is a bit worn down, needs some maintenance and repairs, but the landlord and the caretaker have been very nice and supportive in fixing things. Parking on the street can be a challenge in the evening. You need to walk down several steep steps to get to the apartment, so only suitable for fit people. We stayed there for 2 weeks with the whole family and will be very happy to come back soon.
