Welcome to Condo Sirena a property that has those special touches to make you feel right at home..
1 bedroom 2 full bathrooms on the 10th floor of Grand Venetian tower 3000.
This is the newest of the 3 towers with the amazing views to the ocean and to the marina.. watch the sunsets and the crews ships all at the same time :)..
Condo Sirena bedroom faces West looking onto the ocean.. the bedroom has large sliding glass doors leading onto the spacious terrace where you can sit and relax and watch the ocean... quality king bed, safe in closet all brand new comfortable furnishings many of the decorations and appliances all from Canada. Quality linens, towels, bedding etc.. Maid service is included 1 time per week during your stay at no additional cost.
Condo Sirena Terrace to have comfortable lounging furniture and bbq.
Condo has pool noodles, life jackets for kids, pool toys, pool cue for your use at our games room in tower 3000.
Grand Venetian boasts 5 outdoor pools hot tubs, gym with top of the line equipment.
Condo has underground parking spot and visitor parking.
Outside the property you will find La Isla Mall, Quality Restaurants and Food Park.
5 min drive Walmart, Soriana, Cotsco and many diferent options for quick grocery shopping.
Airport is only 5 minutes away.

1 Bedroom 2 bathroom for up to 4 people Master Bedroom with King bed and full bathroom. Livingroom has a nice Queen Size Murphy Bed Bookshelf.
Electric is included for short term weekly rentals on rentals of 1 month and more guest pay for consumption... meter reading is taken on the day of arrival and day of departure. The cost per lost bracelet and gym card is 150 USD or $3,000 pesos each.

A property manager from The Property Girl is always available for your questions and for any concerns that might arise..
The Property Girl Rentals will be at your service via email, whats app, telephone or in person during your stay to provide you with general information from Puerto Vallarta. Condo is conveniently on self check in door code.

Great Christmas and New Year

This is one of my favourite condo’s at the Venetian, well decorated and has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. We really enjoyed the BBQ and watching the fireworks while relaxing on the deck.

Paradise

Loved our stay at this beautiful condo. The manager/owner was a delight to deal with and we not only enjoyed the fabulous 1 bedroom unit but also the excellent location close to the downtown area, restaurants and nightlife. There's a couple of great restaurants within walking distance as well. We will definitely be back again and look forward to returning to this accommodation.

Wonderful stay in PVR

This property location is very convenient with so much within walking distance. The Venetian is very well maintained and pools are beautiful. Restaurant food was great and well priced! Our property manager was very helpful and the unit itself had lots of amenities available for the pool, beach and kitchen. Anything you would need to make a meal, including spices, coffee, etc. As others have mentioned there is noise from the beach club nearby but it does end in the early evening. Also, the view is good, not great because of the river below. None of these negatives detracted from an overall great experience. Great value for the location!

Don’t look any further if you want to best

My husband and I utilize VRBO often, we have also stayed at the Grand Venetian atleast a dozen times. Out of any VRBO (including our stays at the Grand Venetian) this VRBO was the absolute best! Some things that we have found that are hard to come across in some properties are a comfortable bed, comfortable couch, adequately stocked kitchen, and communicable hosts. At Debbie’s stunning property you get each and every one of these plus so much more! The thoughtfulness she has put into her property for each guest to enjoy their stay is unmeasurable. Debbie is extremely responsive and helpful. We will be back and recommend this property to all our friends and family. Thanks Debbie!

Absolutely amazing! Loved everything!

Everything about this unit is top notch! The BBQ was a very nice bonus for sure! Debbie, the owner, was attentive and helpful, start to finish, and Eduardo, who was there to welcome us was amazing as well. Our highlights: Comfortable bed Amazing views Spotlessly clean Condo stocked with everything you need Towels as thick as blankets Comfy couch Beautifully decorated Everything worked We almost cried when it was time to go home! It truly felt like a “home away from home “ The grounds are impeccable Restaurant food is good Lots of pools and never an issue finding a chair. Security is very good as well, and the staff are all so friendly Thank you Debbie! We will definitely rent this unit again!

Grand Venetian doesn’t disappoint

This was our second visit to the Grand Venetian. We stayed in a different unit this time, just to something different. This unit was very nice, great furniture, comfy bed, well stocked kitchen, large TVs, and so much more. The balcony was spacious and nice to be on in the late afternoon. The view of the sunset is not complete but still beautiful. The unit was exactly as pictured and described. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay. We look forward to coming back again.

Not quite as posted we enjoyed our stay I would say our condo was overpriced for what we had bed has a foam topper and the sheets don’t fit properly and are worn for lighting in the unit especially kitchen needs a refresh Of our balcony for the first two days we had two excavators and a cat digging out the river channel right below our room Our room was supposed to be cleaned after 7days this never happened Washing machine started leaking water first morning just while It was sitting. Took two days to fix the Wi-Fi wasn’t very reliable to reset modem a few times The condo was well stocked with basic supplies soap for laundry soap for kitchen paper towels I found the dishwasher did not clean the dishes

Very nice condo

We rented this condo for 2 months (Jan-Feb). The condo was very well stocked and has a large BBQ on the balcony which was a huge bonus for us. The view of the ocean from the balcony was amazing. Monica our cleaning person was very friendly and did a wonderful job and Laura who came to resolve some of the issues was very helpful and friendly. We did a some issues during our stay. We were given the wrong door code thru VRBO and were locked out of the condo. We had problems with the livingroom TV which we found out needed to be either replaced or fixed. The internet was unreliable and the router had to be reset constantly. BBQ lacked proper cleaning tools. The condo turned out to be double booked for the last three weeks of our stay. The property manager offered us an upgraded condo in the marina area if we were willing to move for our last three weeks only to find out she gave the upgrade to the other guests without consideration of our decision. Every time we reached out to the property manager about any of these issues she became defensive, condescending and made us feel that we were to blame. We finally got to the point where we dreaded contacting her for anything. For this fact alone we will not stay at this condo in the future.

PARADISE AT GRAND VENETIAN

This condo had everything you might want or need, extremely well equipped with every small appliance imaginable, plus basic condiments, paper goods, laundry and cleaning supplies. Landscaping and pools are beautiful. Good restaurant and pool service for food and drinks. Will stay again.

Warm and wonderful

We enjoyed all are meals, snacks and happy hours out on the very large balcony overlooking the Bay of Banderas. Breathtaking sunsets each evening. Sounds of the surf and the soft tones from a small beach shack bar playing 70s and 80s music from our living room and bedroom each evening. Daily skydiving school landed on the beach less than 100 yards in front of the balcony. Parasailing about 50 yards down the beach. Kitchen was very well stocked with utensils, dishes, pots and pans. Lots of Tupperware type storage containers. Large grocery stores 3/4 mile North and 1/2 mile South of the complex. Walmart about 1 mile North. We strolled North and South on the beach for about a mile each way. We saw whales about once a week and dolphins almost daily from the balcony. King sized bed very comfortable. We shopped and cooked most meals, but numerous places to eat out within a few blocks and probably 50 to a 100 places within a $5 taxis ride. La Isla shopping center next door had nightly live music and several places to eat. Debbie was immediately responsive for any needs that we had.

Very secure beach location close to shopping and downtown

The condo was lovely and Debbie was very helpful yet gave us our space and privacy The grounds where beautiful with the pools and easy access to beach. Walking distance to the mall. Definitely would recommend this property.
