A lovely first floor apartment, perfect for families or couples that wish to spend their holiday next to the beach, close to Estepona port and town centre. The property has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room/lounge area, a fully fitted kitchen and an east facing balcony with amazing sea views. The property provides a high speed fiber optic Wifi connection and independent air-con units in all bedrooms and living room. The master bedroom has a king size bed with an en-suite bathroom and the second bedroom has a double bed. The en-suite bathroom with bathtub and over-head shower and the second bathroom has a walk-in shower cabin.
