Near the Parque de Santa Catalina and the Cruise Terminal, near the Las Arenas shopping center, and the commercial area of shops and restaurants on Avenida José Mesa y López. It is a bright loft-style apartment, ideal for couples. With kitchen, bathroom, living room, work desk, all exterior with sea views.

It is a very bright and modern 40 m² studio, located practically on the beachfront, with sea views. It has recently been renovated. It has capacity for two people and we recommend it especially for couples looking for a cozy place with a good location to discover Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.

Its location is exceptional, it is located a few steps from Paseo de las Canteras, our guests will be able to enjoy the best area of Playa de Las Canteras, wide and sandy. Around you can find supermarkets, bars, restaurants, pharmacies all within a very short distance, so a car is not necessary to discover the city.

The Santa Catalina bus station is 15 minutes away, where you will find a direct connection to the airport or to travel to any point on the island. Near the apartment there are also several bus stops to get around the city and SityCleta points if you prefer.
