The building where it is located is located right in La Cícer, the most beautiful part of Las Canteras beach, ideal for lovers of surfing and sports. As soon as you walk out the door you can feel the sea breeze, and even just leaning out the apartment window you can get wet with the saltpeter of the waves.

This apartment has about 66 square meters very well distributed. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa bed, so it is possible for up to 3 people to stay (even 4, although it is not the most important for comfort).
