You occupy the lower part of this unique holiday home, which is located in the lively village center of Söll and a short distance from the ski lift and is ideal accommodation for families and friends. Söll offers two ski lifts from the center with access to the largest ski area in Austria: the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser-Brixental with the famous Hohe Salve. Here you will also find the longest night ski slope in Austria. The place is also suitable for a sporty summer holiday with beautiful hiking destinations such as the Ahornsee and Hintersteiner See. The spacious eat-in kitchen is the focal point of the apartment, while the living room with seating area and fireplace is cozy. The two bedrooms are furnished with luxurious box spring beds. The third bedroom is a separate living area with sleeping facilities. You can also exclusively use the garden and from May to October the heated private pool with counter-current system. The house is cleaned chemical-free (green cleaning).
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
