Just a stroll away from the Mayflower Theatre, bustling pubs, trendy bars, and a variety of restaurants. Ideal for both leisure and work, it's near the City Centre and RSH Hospital. Public transport is easily accessible, with buses, taxis, and trains close by. Comfortably accommodates 4 guests, with an option for 5 on request. No onsite parking available, but carparks nearby.

An 8 Minute walk to London Road, the heart of Southampton's Nightlife.

Only a quick 6 Minute walk from Southampton Central Station for a stress free and convenient journey to and from the station. The property is a convenient 12 Minute drive from M3 Junction 1 and only 4 Minute walk to the nearest bus stop. West Quay shopping centre and Saint Mary’s Stadium are also within walking distance. So you will never be short of things to do here.
There is no parking at the property but there are public car parks within a couple of minutes walk.
The property:

A beautifully decorated, 2 bedroom ground floor flat with a private, enclosed garden.

The LOUNGE includes a sofa, extendable dining room table which will comfortably seat 4 people. You have a 32inch TV including Netflix to use at your leisure

A modern KITCHEN provides oven, fridge freezer, washing machine, toaster and a kettle. Complimentary tea and coffee will be available on your arrival.

A contemporary, fully tiled wet room complete with toilet, sink and waterfall shower.

The hallway leads you down to BEDROOM 1, consisting of 2 single beds either side of an ornamental fireplace and a hanging rail for clothing. A floor to ceiling window allows the room to benefit from lots of natural light.

Opposite to this is BEDROOM 2. This large, light and airy room comes with a double bed, chest of drawers and a hanging rail. A large bay window looks out to the front of the property, letting in an abundance of light throughout the day.

The property is cleaned once a week by our lovely maintenance team. The towels and linens are professional laundered twice per week ensuring your sheets and towels stay clean and fresh. Cots can be made available, if this is needed please request when booking.

WIFI is available throughout the home with excellent speed for your business or entertainment needs.

Very good stay!
Thank place is conveniently located near the centre of the town. Asda is nearby and Coop for quick shopping, if you have children's the park is 5 minutes walk where they can enjoy their time. The rooms are spacious and the property is well lit. Great stay!

Clean and on a perfect location
Location was great, only 5 mins walk from Southampton central station and 15 mins walk from the city center. It was clean and tidy, although oven mittens missed for the oven, there were some specks on the walls, the garden could use some restructuring and the garden door needed replacement/maintenance. Also the bathroom door does not lock due to engineering oversight (lock is installed in a wrong way). We stayed with 3 friends there for 5 days and it was a pleasant and good time overall. 3.5/5 IMO overall.
