Nice apartment with a veranda in a residential area a short distance from the promenade of Olbia.

The apartment, located on the ground floor, opens onto the open plan living area, furnished with a double sofa bed, a cabinet with TV, a dining table and a fully-equipped kitchen with an oven, a kettle, a microwave and a toaster. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a queen-size bed and a closet. The layout is completed by a bathroom with shower.

The apartment also boasts an outdoor area featuring a dining table, some armchairs and a coffee table, where guests can relax and have meals in the open air.

At guests' disposal free wifi, air conditioning in the living room, washing machine and iron.

Overlooking the spectacular gulf dominated by the island of Tavolara, Olbia is the main tourist destination of northern Sardinia. To accompany your meal, a good Vermentino di Gallura DOCG, and to end it, a delicious seada with honey and a glass of homemade myrtle liqueur.
