2 bhk Lavish furnished new appartment in a bunglow at Bavdhan , Pune . Close to Chandni chauk Kothrud .Ours is a very prestigious and beautiful ambient look residential society named "Windmill Village " situated near Ambrosia resort and Marigold banquet. Places like Pashan,Balewadi ,Baner,Aundh, Deccan ,Shivaji nagar ,Laxmi Road within 10 kms.
Note : Break fast and Food shall be ordered by guests from nearby restaurants . Tea/ cofee/ milk satchet and Toiletries will be provided .
The space
Only Families with married couples / children allowed. Unmarried couple not allowed.
Guest access
In our society we have children park, Garden ,jogging park area and Ganesh Temple where guests has access.
Other things to note
1.The basic price is only for 2 guests. Any additional guest thereafter will be charged extra per night as applicable.

2. Cleaning of floorings will be done.
3. Group Parties or events are not allowed .Drugs handling and Consumption are strictely prohibited by law and failure to follow such rules can be lead to legal action.
4.During their stay any misconduct / misbehaviour occures in the flat /premices by any guests or member is strictely their own responsibility and owner doesn't carry any responsibilty towards it.
5 pets are allowed with additiinal per day charges per pet.
