There is a free parking esplanade a minute's walk from the house. The accommodation has a cozy bedroom (two double beds) with quality mattresses to make you feel at home, sofa bed in the living room, 42 "SMART TV, vertical rain shower cabin, hot water from the central boiler instantly , towel warmer, washing machine, kitchen with ceramic hob, oven and microwave, no-frost refrigerator, air conditioning, stereo, good cabinets, and warm lighting. The apartment is located in the heart and most historic part of the city, and at the same time the most beautiful. The famous Plaza del Charco and the Puerto de la Cruz harbour, the place with the greatest tradition, and the nerve center of the city.
