On the fifth floor (with lift) of modern development, this apartment sleeps 2 people. The living area is lit by a large window, with beautiful mountain views. The décor is contemporary with a comfortable sofa, a flat-screen tv, ample storage, along the back wall, and a dining table with 2 chairs. The kitchenette is well equipped with a cooker hob, microwave, fridge and Nespresso machine.

Location
The apartment is in the heart of Chamonix, close to ski lifts, slopes and ski shuttle buses. The slopes are suitable for skiers and snowboarders of all levels.

All the facilities of the Chamonix region are on your doorstep. During the summer months, there are stunning mountain trails for hiking or mountain biking, white water rafting, golf, rock climbing, paragliding and horse riding. There is a skateboarding park and tennis courts within 15 minutes of the apartment. Chamonix hosts various festivals throughout the year, including music festivals and a yoga festival. There is always a lot to do, no matter what the season.

The town has many restaurants and bars for all budgets. For self-catering, the weekly market, Saturday morning, in Place du Mont Blanc (5 minute\'s walk) provides the freshest local ingredients. Geneva airport is a 1 hour, 12-minute drive from the apartment. Whilst Chamonix Aiguille du Midi railway station is just a 5-minute walk.

Outa B 513

Das Zimmer ist hell, warm, modern und sauber. Zwar klein aber sehr praktisch eingerichtet und für Wanderurlaub perfekt. Es waren für mich viele wichtige Dinge vorhanden wie zum Beispiel genügend Ablageflächen, Haken, Kücheneinrichtung und ein sehr gut funktionierendes Minibadezimmer. Nicht zu vergessen die perfekte Lage im Zentrum, Bushaltestelle, Parkhaus Tourismusinfo, Supermarkt...alles vor der Haustür und fast durchgehend geöffnet. Für mich war dieses Ferienquartier perfekt. Ich werde es gern wieder buchen. Annett
