The property is walking distance from all amenities, it is just in the
heart of everything, shopping centers like the Baystreet and Paceville
are just minutes away. Supermarkets, Cafes, Restaurants, Spa Centers
the beaches are just a short walk away. St Julians has been abandonly
filled with shops, shopping centres, restaurants and bars. This
location offers a bit of everything, and is ideal for anyone who wishes
to be at the centre of all activity, while also being a stone’s throw
away from other attractions.The apartment is set in a building block
served with lift. Please do not that to access the lift there is a
flight of steps at the main entrance. The accommodation is set on
around 160m², very bright, airy and spacious. The apartment is located
on Spinola road which is just on the water’s edge from the iconic
Spinola Bay, which is the seafront. Upon entering, one can find the
open-plan living room. The décor is minimalistic and modern, giving the
whole area a fresh and upscale feel. The contemporary kitchen and
dining area are fully equipped for home-cooking, and comes decked with
cutlery, crockery, pots and pans, dishwasher and utensils. The living
and dining area are homogenous, and flooded with natural light.The
apartment consists of 3 over bedrooms, all of which are decorated in a
contemporary style, complimenting the rest of the apartment. All
bedrooms can be set up as double beds if needs be. The apartment comes
endowed with 2 full family bathrooms, one with shower cubicle and one
with bath tub. There is also a washing machine available for use in the
bathroom. The apartment comes fully equipped with wall hung a/cs in all
bedrooms . Wifi and Tv service are offered for free at the
apartment.The property is walking distance from all amenities, it is

Spa Centers the beaches are just a short walk away.Due to cleaning
necessities the check-in time for the apartments is generally 3.00pm
and the check-out is at 10.00am however if there are no arrivals on the
same day the apartment can be kept for longer.Please not that for the
weekly price the property includes basic utilities as per below:-
100KWh- for 1 bedroom apartment- 150KWh- for 2 bedroom apartment-
200KWh- for 3 bedroom/ 4-bedroom apartment- 300KWh- for villas We give
the above kWh free per week with the apartment which is more than
sufficient . However if the inclusive amount of KWh will be exceed, an
extra charge will apply at a rate of 0. 35c per KWh. Other than that
there are no other hidden expenses or charges.Also please note that
when the monthly rate is selected, the price is NOT inclusive of any
utilities. Those would be paid for as much as one consumes. Water is
charged at a flat rate of 1.10c per day while electricity it is charged
at 35c per kWh paid as much as consumed. The payment has to be settled
on check in.Cleaning of the property prior the arrival and after
departure is included in the price. Any extra cleaning during
accommodation will incur extra charges. Two sets of towels per person
and one set of linen per bed is also provided by us, then it is up to
one's discrepancy to wash them as much often as desired. Apartment also
available for long term booking of 6 months period maximum with a
monthly rate, in such case utilities will not be included in the rate.
Please do ask for quote should you be interestedPlease note that the
rental price does not include the Environmental Contribution tax,
introduced on June 2016 amounting to €0.50c per night up to a maximum
of €5 for each continuous stay in the Maltese Islands. This applies for
18-year-old and older.
