Ideal house for a small family located in the Urbanization of Crestatx, between Pollensa and Sa Pobla and 15 minutes by car from the beaches and the tourist area of the north of Mallorca. Very close, the access to the motorway, will make it easy to reach the capital or the airport.
The house consists of two bedrooms, one double with double bed and AA/CC, the other bedroom has a trundle bed, bathroom with shower, toilet and a unique space composed of kitchen, living room and dining area with views to the garden and the swimming pool.
Outside there is a garden with trees and lawn, furnished terrace and barbecue, ideal for al fresco dining. The swimming pool invites you to take a refreshing bath on hot summer days. In addition, you can put the sun lounger by the pool for sunbathing or in the garden to relax in the shade.
The house has everything you need for a holiday with family or friends.

The nearest town to the house is Sa Pobla, a town increasingly appreciated by tourists, where you will find all kinds of services, local shops, supermarkets and restaurants where you can enjoy traditional food, international cuisine or a tasting menu. On Sundays there is a local market where you can buy all kinds of fresh fruit and vegetables grown in the area.
The Plaza Mayor is the nerve centre where locals and visitors gather to enjoy cultural and leisure activities. It is a good place to have breakfast, lunch or dinner in one of its terraces.
The nearest beaches are Playas de Muro, Ca'n Picafort, Puerto de Alcúdia or Puerto de Pollença. These sandy beaches are very popular and well worth a visit. If you want rocky beaches, we recommend Cala Sant Vicenç.
