Worst property ever

Where to start - filthy, no WIFI, TV didn’t work, extensive black mould in shower, bathroom door stuck ajar due to water caused swelling, etc, etc. Property owner/manager not interested when contacted. If you’ve booked but are still within the cancellation period, there are many better options in London.

Absolutely disgraceful

Not cleaned on arrival No key All plug sockets fused therefore fridge, hob, microwave, cooker and kettle didn’t work Black mould in shower Blind cord broken so light streamed in at dawn All reported NO RESPONSE

L'hôte ne nous a donné aucun signe de vie avant notre arrivée. Le jour même après plusieurs relance, il finit pas nous communiquer un code d'accès à l'appartement à 16h (heure du check-in) sans nous donner l'adresse exacte et à 16h56, il nous annonce qu'il ne pourra finalement pas nous héberger !!!! Nous nous sommes donc retrouvés sans toit avec nos valises !!!! LA PIRE DES EXPERIENCES QUI SOIT.

Bad stay

Très déçu par ce logement qui paraissait propre d'après l'annonce et les belles photos. A notre arrivée nous nous sommes retrouvé à deux familles différentes, ce qui est inacceptable, il avait donc loué le studio 2 fois aux mêmes dates. Je ne me suis donc pas senti en sécurité. Seul point positif la localisation, tout es accessible en bus et à pied. Pour ce qui est du logement, il était salle, non rénové, limite insalubre. Les placards étaient tous cassés, peu de vaisselle et salle donc nous nous en sommes pas servi. Pas de balais ou aspirateur a disposition malheureusement. Pas de photos sur l'annonce de la salle de bain qui n'est pas du tout en bon état, pas de chauffage. Studio mal isolé, très bruyant.

Perfect location

Average property. Great location. Needs some minor repairs. Broken cupboard doors, kitchen drawer. Shower grout is rotting. Brown water stains on wall above window - which is seen right from bed. Window shades could be replaced - browning. Had everything we needed but could have extra blanket for couch sleeping.
