About this property

Casa Chloe- A lovely individual private south facing detached villa - ideal for families , with sea views & WIFI in the exclusive quiet peaceful residential area of Calpe - Cometa 111 (Sleeping up to a max of 6 people in 3 bedrooms). The villa is legally registered for holiday rentals. It provides privacy & tranquility .The modern well furnished villa comprises Ground Floor :- Entrance hall off which is 1 King size bedroom & a twin bedded room. A walk in shower room is opposite and there is also another separate WC/cloakroom. A large lounge with a 2 seater & 3 seater sofas & English (TV via Manhattan free view box) opens into the naya/conservatory which is also used as a dining & seating area overlooking the pool & BBQ areas. A well equipped kitchen is accessed off the lounge. Doors from the naya lead down the steps to the 9m x 4m private pool/ sunbathing terrace with daylong sunshine, Summer House with shower, BBQ area & landscaped gardens with other sunbathing area.The1st floor can be accessed by a door leading from the naya via an internal staircase. This door can be locked making it self-contained, then only accessible via its own external entrance which comprises of a covered balcony with spectacular sea views, a lounge with a desk & office chair, a 2 seater sofa & chair English TV (via Manhattan Freeview box) & a studio kitchen & a double bedded room with its own en-suite shower room.

FIBRE WIFI is included in rental

It is a min of 14 night lets- Changeover day is generally Saturdays but depending on other bookings we may possibly be flexible on this so please check with us first before submitting an instant booking request.

There is air conditioning in the 3 bedrooms and the downstairs lounge. There are also some portable fans in the villa.

There is a hot tub near to the pool/summer house, but this is NOT available and NOT included in the villa rental.

We strongly recommend you hire a car as villa approx 1.75 km/2km from town and beaches.

Superb Vill

From the initial contact to the end of the stay there was nothing negative to say. Sue and Nick are excellent hosts with an outstanding property. The pre-arrival information pack was detailed and comprehensive. Telephone conversations were relevant and informative, and the arrival/departure process was simple and swift. Well laid out and in great order, the villa is spacious and well appointed and we lacked for nothing inside or out. The excellent pool and surrounds were in use throughout the day and evening, and we used the BBQ on several occasions, although there is a very good little cafe/bar close by. Hi, we are Sue and Nick and are recently retired, having worked in the hospitality/leisure industries for many years. Nick originally hails from North Yorkshire and Sue is from Lancashire. We also have a holiday letting cottage called Dock Cottage located by the slipway to the beach n the lovely old fishing village of Robin Hood’s Bay near Whitby in North Yorkshire which we have been letting out for many years.

We have a grown up son who runs his own businesses.

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with Calpe back in 2007 when we bought Casa Chloe. We have spent & continue to spend many happy times here. Calpe has many cafes and restaurants along with two lovely blue flag sandy beaches.
Casa Chloe is located in the tranquil residential urbanisation Cometa 111 and we have many lovely neighbours.

What makes this property unique

We fell in love , with the stunning views out to Calpe Rock (Penon) and the sea.
It’s lovely to be able to enjoy the outdoor life and barbecues and pick one of our own lemons from our fruit trees for our G&T .
