Theground floor holds a beautiful living room with a wood burning fireplace, a large dining area and a modern
kitchen. The villa is decorated in a mixture of traditional and modern styles with antique furniture side byside with all the modern amenities that you might need. Next to the villa you can find a very large outdoorpool where you can relax on comfortable deck chairs or prepare a meal in the covered grill and dining area.A great place for a relaxing vacation!

That gives it a lot of extra space inwhich you can find an organic garden and a plethora of sport amenities that include an outdoor fitnessarea, 2 tennis courts, 2 bocce courts and also a handball, football, basketball and volleyball courts. Theposition of the villa will give you a wonderful opportunity to enjoy in the peace and quiet of the countrysidewhile taking an evening stroll, but if you are looking for trip to the beach or a bit of city bustle, we wouldrecommend a car ride to Rovinj or Pula.

The closest town to the villa is Kanfanar, a small town where you can see buildings in the traditionalarchitectural style and enjoy the culinary specialties of the region. However, if you want to range a bitfurther afield in about a half an hour ride you can get to Pula. This historic city offers plenty of sights to see,like the famous Pula Amphitheatre, alongside a vibrant cultural and restaurant scene.
