On arrival at the flat you will be met in person by a member of our team, or failing that, if circumstances do not allow it, we can provide the option of self-check-in (in any case, a member of our team will visit you in the flat) If we receive you in person, free arrivals to the flat will be from 16:00h to 19.00h. Arrivals after 19:00h until 21:00h are subject to an extra charge of 20€ to be paid by the guest when handing over the keys. Arrivals after 21:00h until 00:00h are subject to a surcharge of 35€ to be paid by the guest when the keys are handed over. THERE IS NO EXTRA CHARGE FOR THE AUTOCHECKIN. Early checkin - Late checkout available at no extra cost, subject to availability in the flat. CHECKIN UNTIL 00:00H GUARANTEED. Check AVAILABILITY OF CHECKIN from 00:00h onwards.

NIGHT: after 10pm there is a nightly check-in fee of € 20 to pay by cash at the check-in time. (€ 30 for arrivals between 00:00 and 01:00 and € 45 for arrivals between 01:00 and 02:00).
The check out is at 11am in the morning, when the cleaning staff will arrive. Leave the keys according to the instructions (be careful NEVER leave the keys inside the door).

We are a legal Airbnb, for that reason all our guests must provide their ID or passport in order to comply with legal requirements.

The guest will be responsible for the cost of the locksmith service in case of loss of keys or forgetfulness inside the flat (150€ to be paid to the locksmith before opening the flat).

Noisy parties and gatherings are strictly forbidden. Under sanction of the competent authorities.

The beds and towels are made up for the number of persons indicated in the reservation.

It is not allowed to accommodate more people than those indicated in the booking.

Turn off the lights and air conditioning before leaving the flat.
Please take out the rubbish every day, with special care in the summer months. There are bins in the street for this purpose.
Leave the house tidy before your departure.
