This super beautiful and modern villa has everything you are looking for, all with good energy and luxury!

You can see La Concha, Africa and Gibraltar from the terraces. Play golf, take to the beach or the city within a few minutes drive.

The large BBQ by the terrace and open kitchen invites you to the Spanish flavours and climate.

All rooms have a/c, TV and a bathroom so you can be completely private when you close your door. Steam bath, WIFI, gym by the pool. ...and the view, of course.

The villa is divided in 3 floors. "Roof floor" has 3 suites in total, included the main room and a large terrace. The main room has both a shower and a bathtub. All rooms with a/c, TV, shower and a closet. The "middle room" has 2 more suites, a guest toilet and the open kitchen connected to the terrace with the BBQ. The "ground floor" has the bar area open to the pool a toilet, the GYM, garden and the SPA.
