The beautiful ground floor apartment is very centrally located, only about 15 minutes walk from the beach.
On 54 m2 the guest will find a bedroom with a double bed and a large closet, as well as a children's room with a bunk bed.
The open kitchen is integrated in the living room and offers a large refrigerator with freezer compartments, stove and oven, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. In the living room there is a sofa bed (1.40 x 1.90 m), so that 4 - 6 people can stay here.
From here you get to the private and closed terrace of 25 m2, which allows us direct access to the garden and community pool.
The apartment also has a bathroom with a shower.
