Wohnung 5. OG ohne Aufzug

Adresse (Hausnummer) wurde im Vorfeld falsch angegeben, so dass wir vor Ort die richtige Adresse klären mussten. Wohnung liegt im Partyviertel, div. Clubs in der Nachbarschaft, lange Lärm. In der Wohnung kein Besen, Geschirrhandtuch, Abfalleimer vorhanden. Letzte Treppen vor der Wohnung dienen als Katzenklo und im beengten Treppenhaus in einer Etage vor der Wohnung stehen volle Müllsäcke. Allgemeinzustand des Treppenhauses war schlecht. Schlauch am Duschkopf war nach 2 Tagen defekt. Wohnung entspricht den Bildern im Inserat.
