It has its own bathroom and dining room with a fully equipped kitchen. The bedroom and the living room have access to the terrace overlooking the Bay of Roses.
It is a 16th-century farmhouse that was renovated in the mid-19th century. It is considered a place of historical interest in Catalonia. It is located in the village of Palau-saverdera "The balcony of the Empordà" next to the Verdera mountain range, very close to the Monastery of Sant Pere de Rodes, Cadaqués, Figueres and Roses. Excellent location in a very quiet and natural environment. With views of the natural park of Cap de Creus and the Badia de Roses.
