Good Vibes Villa is a four bedroom, three bathroom property that is an ideal place to relax with family and friends. Within walking distance to restaurants, this villa boasts an abundance of space for all.

On the lower floor, which is accessible down the driveway or via internal stairs, there is a private pool for your use.

The pool area has sun-beds for 8, a large table and chairs, sun umbrellas and a great charcoal BBQ area.

The 4th bedroom also opens out onto the pool area. It is a studio unit with its own bathroom (shower) and kitchenette.

The property is also accessible from street level with the main floor featuring 3 bedrooms.

The upstairs bedrooms all have built in wardrobes.

The main bedroom has a en-suite with shower. The other bathroom on this level actually has a bath!

There is a large lounge with smart TV, dining area for 8, and a full kitchen with breakfast bar for 2.

The kitchen has everything (?) we think you’ll need. An oven, a gas hob with 4 burners, a large fridge/ freezer, blender, citrus juicer, toaster, kettle, microwave, tea pot, coffee maker and all the pots, fry pans, oven dishes, knives, crockery and cutlery.

There is a washing machine, clothes rack to dry clothes, an iron and ironing board.

The villa is a 5 minute drive to the magnificent Arrifana beach and 10 minutes to Monte Clerigo and Amoreira beach.

Good Vibes Villa is within 5 minutes walking distance to a number of restaurants and bars. You can choose from traditional Portuguese food (Jose’s) or burgers at Sector B, Indonesian/Thai st Maxi’s and a popular pizza restaurant Arte Bianca.

Of course there’s more place to eat if you want to drive.
