St Annex is a stylish one bedroom property with its own exclusive-use Hot Tub! With a private entrance you'll find this unique self-catering apartment decorated in a boutique upmarket style.

Perfect for couples looking for a romantic break by the sea, the space has recently been refurbished with a neutral and contemporary style, with a modern shower room, kitchenette complete with cooking facilities, living-room space with sofa and flat screen television and a separate king-size bedroom.

This self-catering apartment is within easy walking distance of the nearby stunning landscape of Babbacombe Downs, with it's many pubs and restaurants which give visitors a multitude of eateries to chose from. There are also a number of take-aways that will deliver for free within Torquay if you are staying for more of a 'night in' to enjoy the apartment facilities.

The kitchenette is equipped with a kettle, toaster, fridge, hob and microwave and all the kitchen utensils, pans, plates & cutlery you might require. Please note that there is no oven. Towels and bed linen are always provided in this apartment. This space has been fully designed for two people.

Torquay and it's surrounding areas are simply beautiful and not to be missed on a UK staycation. There are good links via public transport to access a number of other areas across Torbay and beyond if you want to go car-free while you explore at any time.

So while the (hard-sided electric) Hot Tub will be heated to temperature and easy to use during your stay, you can use it safe in the knowledge that you are using renewable energy sources where possible. We've chosen an electric hot tub (rather than wood-burning one) as it is easier to use and stays at the perfect temperature for your stay.

Located in Cary Park and in the heart of the popular area of Babbacombe. The picturesque Babbacombe Downs is just a minute away where a host of restaurants, cafes and bars can be found.

Both Oddicombe and Babbacombe beaches are also within a short walk or a short trip in the unique funicular railway, with many other beaches and areas of natural beauty accessible within a short drive, bus or walk.
