AMAZING VIEW of the sea of Stintino and Asinara for vacation home in a reserved location in the residential tourist area of Cala Rosa. Located on the raised ground floor, it consists of living area with kitchenette and sofa bed, double bedroom and bathroom; from the living area there is access to a veranda overlooking the sea furnished with table and chairs and a private green space. Reserved parking space.
Present: TV, washing machine, air conditioning in the living room, oven, iron and ironing board, barbecue and outdoor shower.
Given its location, the house is ideal for those who deserve more total relaxation and do not want confusion, not far, however, from the Pelosa beach, which is about 2,000 meters away, and the coves of Cala Rosa, which are about 400 meters away. The main services are about 1,000 meters away, and in front of the entrance to the village there is also a bus stop that takes you to the characteristic village of Stintino as well as to all the beaches, even the most distant, of the Stintino area.
