great place

location for us was perfect.the pictures from the balcony did not do it justice.the street we looked at was not like it appeared in the picture.good places to eat close buy,7eleven at corner 1/2 a block away on 5th.beach was 3 blocks at most straight down to public access.apartment had every thing we required.pool and hot tubs perfect.

Perfect!

Fabulous place, located on one the prettiest streets in Playa. The place itself, is quite spacious, with 2 good size bathrooms, and extremely clean. (The towel supply was great!!) Tremendous restaurants around. It’s a brief walk to the beach.....you won’t find a better location. Also, the pool and hot tubs within the complex itself are top notch. The owner was beyond accommodating....I couldn’t stress this enough. He’s a class act.

Great Place To Stay

Stayed here in November 2019. Firstly the communication with Bill (owner) was great. Communication with him was quite easy and we eventually setup a WhatsApp chat to coordinate meeting points etc. The location of the apartment was excellent. A few steps from 5th avenue and with a balcony overlooking the street we enjoyed people watching day and night. Excellent access to hundreds of restaurants. Kitchen was equipped with all the amenities required to prepare quick meals for breakfast or lunch. It was handy to have jugs of potable water at the security desk and the staff at the apartment were kind enough to deliver the water to our door. Overall a great experience.

Location is perfect, condo clean and spacious, owner very helpful and available! I highly recommend!

The location is perfect, just a block away from the 5th. Great restaurants just downstairs. The condo was clean and spacious. We were expecting two queen size beds in the second room. We think queen size in Mexico is smaller than in Canada! So just be aware if you are sleeping with someone! The kitchen was very well equipped. Bill, the owner, was very helpful and answered super fast to all our requests. We appreciated very much! The pool space is amazing and staff is very friendly and helpful! I highly recommend this condo and would return anytime! Thank you!
