About this property

A fantastic, four double bedroom house with off street parking, located in Wimbledon.

Comprising of a large separated reception with high ceilings and fire place feature, a spacious and recently extended, open plan kitchen and dining room boasting contemporary décor, modern grass laid garden, with part patio featuring a large bar, with integrated basin, BBQ, pizza oven and bar with draft tap.

Open plan kitchen dining table, leading on the outdoor dining area, lounge with fireplace sofa and tv.
There is also a separate W/C on the ground floor.

Leading up to the first floor, you will find three double bedrooms and a modern family bathroom, with large standalone feature bath and a separated walk in shower.

On the second floor, you will find a bright and spacious master bedroom with skylights and built in storage in the eaves.
