VILLA PAZ is a detached and magnificent property recently refurbished, situated in El Lagar Urbanization, considerated one of the most sought after areas of Alhaurín de la Torre. There is also access to a food pantry.
-LIVING ROOM: tastefully designed and quite spacious, with two large chaiselongue sofas, Full HD TV, air conditioning and large windows that give access to a large terrace overlooking the garden and pool. Very bright and spacious. It also has a decorative non functional fireplace and a reading area with two separate armchairs. There is internet and WIFI connection available in the house.
-BEDROOM A: consists of a double bed of 150x200cm, with air conditioning, built-in wardrobe and windows with blinds and blackout curtains.
-BEDROOM B: consists of a double bed of 150x200cm, with air conditioning, built-in wardrobe and window with blinds and blackout curtains.
-BEDROOM C: consists of two 90x200cm single beds plus a bunk bed, with air conditioning, built-in wardrobe and window with blind and blackout curtains.
-MAIN BATHROOM: in the main corridor there is a bathroom with toilet, bidet, washbasin and shower (recently refurbished).
-EN-SUITE BATHROOM: in the bedroom A there is a bathroom with toilet, washbasin and shower (recently refurbished).
-LAUNDRY ROOM: includes a bathroom with toilet and a washing machine (recently refurbished).
EXTERIOR
We have a large plot surrounding the whole house, highlighting the following areas:
- Garden and pool area, where to take a dip in summer to alleviate the high temperatures. There is an outside shower.
- Barbecue and dining area, in the summer season there is nothing better than preparing food outdoors. Enjoy the best meats prepared on a charcoal or wood barbecue, where you can enjoy a pleasant meal in the open air. There is a bar with a sink.
