Annonce : quelques photos trompeuses qui ne sont pas celle de l'appartement 11. Échanges avec l’hôte : inadmissibles, à l'issue du check-in en ligne, lorsqu'on demande des précisions sur l'accueil, la réponse est : "le staff va prendre contact avec vous". J’attends toujours la prise de contact ! En se renseignant dans le voisinage de la Villa Anna on apprend que c'est une agence de BAVENO qui gère la remise des clefs mais pas avant 15h00 (Pour ceux qui iront : Agence Quadrifoglio, via stazzione, Tel 39 3939749819). Les autres numéros de téléphone (annonce ou site casa da suite) non attribués. Accueil sympathique en anglais ou en italien uniquement L'hébergement : la vue est sublime, le parc et la piscine magnifiques. Parking privés. L'appartement (11) est correct pour 2 personnes, mais pas fait pour 4 même avec un canapé lit situé dans le salon-cuisine sinon faut bouger les meubles. Salle de bain, linge et draps très propres, dans le reste de l'appartement le balai ne fait pas les coins et les dessous de lit mais c'est acceptable. Excellente literie. Impossible de faire fonctionner le mini téléviseur (très mini !) et son décodeur, même après avoir mis des piles dans les télécommandes. La wifi est aléatoire surtout le soir. C'est pas grave ouvrez la fenêtre la vue est imprenable de jour comme de nuit Mériterait une clim (35° dehors, 29° dedans cette semaine) Pour info : on entends pas l'autoroute qui passe plus haut

Wunderschöner Ausblick

Das Haus und die Anlage sind sehr schön. Der Pool ist größer als gedacht und der Ausblick auf den Lago sehr schön. Der Check in war leider eine Katastrophe!!! Man steht vor verschlossenem Tor und nirgends ist eine Klingel. Es gibt am Ferienhaus direkt keine Rezeption! Zufällig hatten wir unterwegs eine SMS bekommen, dass unser Zimmer erst ab 17:00 bezugsfertig ist. Wie riefen die Nummer an und uns wurde mitgeteilt, dass wir ins Büro in die Via stazione 13 kommen sollen. Beim rückwärts Ausfahren aus der engen steilen Zufahrt ( Wendemöglichkeit nur auf dem Grundstück, das durch das Tor verschlossen war) haben wir uns leider noch das Heck verbeult. Im Büro angekommen (auf dem Schaufenster ist ein Kleeblatt)wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass wir ja schon online eingecheckt hätten (wir mussten tatsächlich Bilder von unseren Ausweisen hochladen- Datenschutz?!) und händigte uns ein Zettel mit dem WLAN Passwort, dem TorCode und der Mülltrennung aus. Schlüssel liegt im Appartement. Kurzum, den Torcode und die Appartementnummer hätten wir auch telefonisch bekommen können. Insgesamt sehr ärgerlich. Im Laufe unseres Aufenthaltes konnten wir vielen verzweifelten Anreisenden weiterhelfen, da sie leider keine Telefonnummer hatten ( war bei uns ja auch nur zufällig s.o.) Im Appartement angekommen stellten wir fest, dass wir eigentlich eine Etage tiefer gebucht hatten mit einem großen Balkon. Beim Anruf in der Agentur wurde uns freundlich mitgeteilt, dass wir es mit der Vermittlungsagentur klären
