Set right in the middle of the Natural National Park of Maremma with private access to sea, Torre Saracena, is an ancient tower converted into a luxury vacation home, offering to its guest exclusive holidays immersed into the nature, from the terraces of the tower is possible to admire some of most unique views of the sea and the surrounding vegetation of the National Park.
The property is surrounded by a private garden equipped with outdoor furniture where to enjoy al fresco meals with amazing views of the sea and unforgettable sunsets. To reach the villa there is a private perfectly maintained unpaved road of 5.5 km. the nearest town is Talamone which is about 7 km from the villa.

The property develops in three levels, at the ground floor there is a large living room with fireplace and elegant sofas, dining room with large table and fully equipped kitchen with electric over, microwave, dishwasher washing machine, the floor is connected to a balcony overlooking the sea. This floor also features three double bedrooms once of which has a private bathroom; a single bedroom with bathroom; there is a third separate bathroom with shower.
On the Second floor there is a very large second living room that gives access to a magnificent terrace of 290 sqm. overlooking the Tuscan archipelago.
On the third floor there is the las double bedroom with private bathroom and one additional single bedrooms.

Rental Rules:
A 50% NON-Refundable deposit is required upon confirmation; the final balance is due within 90 days prior to arrival.
Minimum stay 1 week; changeover day: Saturday.
Check-in: from 04.00 pm to 07.00 pm; Checkout: before 10.00 am.

Security deposit (Refundable):
A value of € 5000.00 to be paid at the arrival time and will be returned at the departure day.
