Unless you prefer to enjoy the warm atmosphere by the fake fireplace, a good movie or series on TV or netflix, or a moment on the large private terrace
The neighborhood offers all the amenities (mini-mart, bakery, pharmacy) and you can reach the train station or the city center in 20' on foot (5' by car)
The army center, the pony club and the park of Groussay are also at 2 steps.
