About this property

Large and bright apartment overlooking the old Philadelphia stadium, home to part of the training of the second team of Turin.

The apartment, located on the seventh floor of a building with an elevator, is characterized by rococo and classic furnishings, which harmoniously complement the ethnic and contemporary works of art. The entrance opens onto a corridor leading to the open plan living area, furnished with a double sofa bed, a TV, a dining table and a kitchen with a marble island, equipped with an oven, a dishwasher and a juicer. From this room guests can access a terrace with a table and chairs overlooking the stadium. The sleeping area, which overlooks the inner courtyard, consists of a bedroom with a queen-size bed and a walk-in closet. A modern bathroom with a shower completes the layout.

Today the province is considered the best Italian center as regards chocolate processing, and every year the “Cioccolatò” event is inaugurated with parties, events and tastings.
