Charming three-room apartment on two levels, located in the quiet hamlet of “Lu Lioni”, a few km from the town of San Teodoro. It is an ideal home for families and groupds of friends who wish to spend the summer in comfort and relax, enjoying the silence and quietness of this wonderful hilly area surrounded by the nature.

The propery is a nice three-room apartment spread over the ground floor and first floor, furnished with attention to details and designed to guarantee maximum comfort for our guests.
The ground floor consists of a bright living area with sofa bed and open kitchen, half service bathroom and a beautiful covered veranda where you can relax.
The first floor consists of two double bedrooms, a covered veranda with a view of Tavolara and a bathroom equipped with shower.
The apartment is very bright, well aired and it is equipped with every comfort which allow to spend a pleasant, relaxing and peaceful holiday.
There is a 46 inch ultra thin tv in the living area and two (32 and 24 inch) televisions in the bedrooms.
The apartment is equipped with all comforts such as air conditioning, fridge, freezer, washing machine, oven and Wi-Fi.
Furthermore, there is a barbecue area, an outdoor shower and a private parking space.
