This apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 2 people. The smoke-free property features a living room, dining room, kitchen, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and a large balcony overlooking Regent’s Canal and its array of colourful boats.

The living room is equipped with a large sofa. The dining table can seat up to 4 people. The open-plan kitchen is fully fitted with modern appliances.
The bedroom offers a super king-size bed, ample storage, an en-suite shower room and access to the balcony.

**Disclaimer - There will be renovations done at the building from late January with no access to the balcony.There will be scaffolding on the balcony next to the bedroom till the summer. The noise will vary depending on and when they remove and replace the cladding. The work will normally be done between 8am and 3pm. Obviously holidays will not have any work and I assume that the work will start in earliest from January. So it may not be ideal for someone who works from home from January & no children are allowed at this property. Scaffolding will be done from the outside and no interruption ie access through the flat.**
