Casa muito bem localizada, no entanto muito pouco cuidada!

PONTOS POSITIVOS: Este apartamento está muito bem localizado com transportes e supermercados bem perto. A climatização estava ligada o suficiente para manter o apartamento sempre agradável. PONTOS NEGATIVOS : O colchão do quarto principal era velho e muito, mas muito desconfortável. Estava todo deformado! No anúncio referia a existência de uma cafeteira, mas não existia. Foi pedida uma cafeteira ou máquina de café ao Sr.que fez o check in que prontamente disse que eu iria ser contactado para resolver o problema. Nem contacto, nem máquina. Para quem adora café, como nós, foi muito desconfortável não ter café. O equipamento da cozinha é muito deficiente. Falta muita coisa... Uma Casa para 6 pessoas não pode ter apenas 5 colheres! Falta muita coisa na cozinha... Há portas sem puxadores, luzes fundidas. A água quente dos banhos é muito irregular. Ora está quente, ora está fria... De um modo geral o apartamento deveria estar mais bem cuidado. ATENÇÃO : HÁ TAXAS EXTRA PARA CHECK APÓS AS 22H!!! 25€ POR 5 MINUTOS DE ATRASO! Penso que estas Taxas extra não estão referidas no anúncio. O apartamento vale pela sua localização!
