Enter directly into the property from street level. Upon opening the door, you are greeted with a grand and generously proportioned hallway, adorned with Georgian cornicing and high ceilings.

The master bedroom is on the left, with views over the street and towards gardens. With large Georgian windows, it benefits from being sunlit. It retains its original shutters, a comfy chair to enjoy the views, a triple wardrobe, 6' superking bed and a tall boy with a concealed mirrored lid. The spacious en-suite bathroom includes a wc, a large shower and long granite-topped counter with ample storage underneath.

From the hallway, a short flight of stairs leads up to the second bedroom, located at the back of the property. This quiet room has a built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers with mirror over, small tub chair, double windows and twin beds which can be zipped together to make a large double.

On the landing outside the bedroom door is a cupboard housing the washing machine, shelves, and a drying rack.

Three steps from the main hallway take you down to the second bathroom. It has a wc, granite topped sink, storage areas and a lovely marble-tiled bath with shower over.

The peaceful and relaxing lounge is filled with Georgian grandeur - fabulous high ceilings, a tall sash window with original shutters and a decorative fireplace.

There are two comfortable sofas, an occasional chair, Smart TV and plenty of space for a sociable evening.

A few stairs lead down into the newly refurbished shaker-style kitchen. It is equipped with a single oven, induction hob, large built-in fridge and freezer, microwave and a table that comfortably seats four. The cupboards are fully stocked, giving guests the option to cook when not tempted by one of the numerous restaurants close by.
