Welcome to your charming holiday escape just steps from the beach! This pet-friendly home is perfect for couples or solo travelers seeking a snug, private spot in one of the sunniest towns in the Netherlands. Compact yet fully equipped, the house features a cozy living/dining area with a comfy sofa and flat-screen TV with international channels. The open kitchen has everything you need—hob, fridge with freezer, microwave, and both Senseo and filter coffee makers. Upstairs, a spacious loft bedroom with two single beds (forming a double) offers restful nights after your beach days. Step through the kitchen into a sunny, fenced garden (20 m²) where you can dine al fresco or relax on the luxurious lounge set. The space is ideal for two and perfectly secure for pets to enjoy the fresh air. Bring your furry friends—up to two pets are welcome! Zoutelande is a haven for dog lovers, with pet-friendly walking trails through the dunes and forest, leash-free hours on the beach, and even cafés that welcome pets with water bowls and treats. This home couldn’t be more central—just 300 meters from the golden beach and 200 meters from the vibrant heart of Zoutelande. Wander to the boulevard for fresh seafood, artisan ice cream, and boutique shopping. Grab breakfast from the local bakery or enjoy terrace dining with a sea breeze. With a free private parking space and all hotspots easily reachable by bike or car, your Zeeland adventure starts right here!

Die Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben! Bettwäsche und Handtücher vorhanden, ebenso ein Starterset mit Spüli, Lappen...- super! Sehr schön, auch ein Begrüßungsset für unseren Hund. Es ist alles vorhanden und sauber.Die Lage ist klasse. Es gab ein paar Einrichtungsveränderungen gegenüber den Fotos, u.a. ein neues, sehr kleines Sofa.Der Außenbereich war leider wenig ansprechend,nicht gepflegt und eine volle Restmülltonne, sowie defekte, wohl aussortierte, Gartenmöbel neben dem Gartenhaus - schade. Das geht sicherlich besser. Aufgrund der Größe des Hauses wäre ein schöner Freisitz, der zum Aufhalten einlädt, top.

Klein, aber fein

Wir haben 4 sehr schöne Tage in Zoutelande verlebt. Die Wohnung war klein, aber alles da, was man braucht. Einzig dass Sofa war sehr klein und für 2 Personen nicht wirklich nutzbar. Da das Wetter gut war, brauchten wir das zum Glück nicht. Ansonsten niedlich und für Kurzurlaube geeignet. Die Lage ist excellent. Einkaufen, Gastronomie und Strand war fussläufig zu erreichen. EUR haben uns wohlgefühlt.

Super Unterkunft

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft hat alles was es braucht. Es war sehr sauber, die Betten bequem und unser Hund war herzlich willkommen. Es befindet sich eine Wendeltreppe in dem Haus zum Schlafzimmer, diese war sehr steil und macht laute Geräusche, das sollte man wissen. Aber wir würden jeder Zeit wiederkommen.
