Our brand new luxury villa Luka is located on a wonderful location with beautiful sights and yet still very close to the all local points of interest. The villa is newly built for maximum comfort and luxury with 3 ensuite bedrooms (and an extra room in case of need) and all other amenities you can need. A big private pool with wonderful views, great indoor jacuzzi in spa area with an IR sauna and gaming/billiard room, a nice fenced outdoor area with a table tennis, badminton or archery set .
If you are looking for excellent holiday destination , you are in the right place! Our property is located on a wonderful location with beautiful sights but yet still very close to the all local points of interest. The villa is newly built for maximum comfort and luxury with all the amenities you may need. A big private pool, great jacuzzi, an IR sauna, gaming room with PS5 and billiard, a nice fenced outdoor area with a badminton court or table tennis... just name it and we have it all and much more!
The property is completely covered with AC units and it consists of 3 ensuite bedrooms, a large living room and a modern fully equipped kitchen. Also important to mention is that shops, bars and restaurants are just few kilometers away and you need just a 15 minutes drive to immerse yourself in the most beautiful crystal sea on pebble or sandy beaches. If you are in the search for an amazing luxury villa with great amenities that is situated on a beautiful location wait no more... Villa Luka is the right place for you.
Whole property is just for our guests, 3 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms (extra 2 persons can sleep in a separate room if necessary) , big living room and modern fully equipped kitchen and many more. Big indoor spa area with a IR sauna, jacuzzi and shower are at guests disposal too. Whole property is fenced and consists of 300 square meters of outdoor space with many fun activities such as: badminton field, table tennis table, etc.

Fantastic Holiday Villa!

Our family's stay at the villa in Croatia was an absolute paradise from start to finish! The villa had everything we could have ever wished for - from the luxurious pool and relaxing jacuzzi to the rejuvenating sauna and the endless fun of the pool table and table tennis. The villa itself was beautifully designed and fully equipped, making it feel like a true home away from home. But what truly made this experience unforgettable was the incredible warmth and kindness of our host and her family. From the moment we arrived, they welcomed us with open arms, making sure every detail was taken care of to ensure our comfort and enjoyment. Their genuine care and kindness allowed us to make the most of our time in Croatia, creating memories that will last a lifetime. The villa itself was located with beautiful views and was just 24 minutes away from the local town Omis and 38 minutes from Berla that had beautiful beaches. The villa was modern, fully equipped and child friendly. We are immensely grateful for their hospitality, and we can't wait to return to this magical place in the future! Vrbo has been an absolute delight for our holiday bookings! The platform is incredibly user-friendly, making it effortless to find the perfect accommodation for our family getaways.
