Nice and comfortable apartment in the center of Sitges, just 10 minutes
walk from the beach and 3 minutes from the train station, supermarkets,
restaurants.

The house has 3 bedrooms and capacity for 5 people. It has an ideal
terrace to enjoy the sun, relax, have an aperitif, a cocktail and even
dinner!

It is distributed in a spacious living-dining room, a double bedroom
with an en-suite bathroom (shower), a bedroom with a trundle bed (two
single beds), a third bedroom with a single bed and a second complete
bathroom with a shower.

The kitchen is independent and is equipped with everything you need for
your stay: dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave... with access to the
laundry room located on the terrace.
It is ideal for families and groups of friends who want to spend a few
pleasant days in the center of Sitges with all the amenities at their
fingertips.

Arrival information:
* The tourist taxes required by the Sitges City Council must be paid
(1 euro per person per night | maximum 7 nights | children under 16

* Check-in time is from 3 pm to 9 pm
* For check-ins after 9:00 p.m., there is a small supplement of €30
* For check -ins after midnight, there is a supplement of €50

Departure information:
* Departure time is 11 am
* Remember to turn off the AC before your departure.
* Upon departure, the keys must be left on a table or visible place,
never in the lock.

Smoking - not allowed
Arrival between 00:01 and 02:00 is subject to 50 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 21:00 and 00:00 is subject to 30 late arrival fee.
