A little frustrating

First of all it was very difficult to get a hold of the host which i thought was a real person host because they even gave it a name "Claudia" who supposedly spoke English, Portuguese, and French. As it turned out it was a virtual host who replied to my English messages in Portuguese. It was difficult to find the apartment because it was in an alley that cars are not allowed. The lobby of the apartment smelled very musty. There is a washing machine in the apartment but no dryer or iron. When i requested for an iron, i was told that it would take a few days to deliver one. The iron never came. There is no pool or spa in the complex like it was advertised. The location is in a very nice area of Aveiro, close to everything. Aveiro is a very nice and vibrant city.
