Characteristic is the terrace at the top of the residence, where in addition to enjoying the splendid panorama you can use the barbecue, eat outside or simply relax in the sun on deck chairs. In fact, the terrace is well furnished with tables and chairs, outdoor shower, washing machine, refrigerator and induction hob.

Residenza Malva is a wonderful 8-bed residence. Air conditioning and wifi internet are included, there are soundproof windows and a laundry area. Air conditioning is present and consists of two air conditioners located respectively in the corridor for cooling the sleeping area and in the living room-kitchen for cooling the living area. The living area consists of a living room-kitchen with sofa, TV and dining table.

The sleeping area is divided into three bedrooms. One has four beds, a double and two singles, and the other two of two single beds.
There are two bathrooms, one of which has a shower.
