About this property

Come to our Beach Retreat and enjoy easy living in this one bedroom, one bathroom renovated unit. The living room offers muted greys, sand and whites much like driftwood. Get comfortable on the couch watching TV ( 55") and enjoying the ocean view at the same time. One living room wall is mirrored to offer a more expansive view of the beach. White tile floors are in the living room and adjacent kitchen to offset the new herringbone tile backsplash, washed grey oak cabinets and quartz countertop. Dine or work at the table with a long bench with pillows. Warm grey carpet in the bedroom, with Cal King bed, done in white, with hints of blue. This comfortable one bedroom/one bathroom condo allows you to enjoy ocean views from the balcony or head down the elevator and take a few steps to the beach. The balcony beckons you with a high-top table and 2 chairs. Also two lounge chairs and side table. The kitchen contains all you need to cook, eat, drink and enjoy including dishwasher, oven and microwave, coffee maker, toaster. Plenty of closet space lines the hallway to the bathroom. The master bedroom has several areas for storage and hanging clothes. The well lit bathroom has shower/tub combination and a stacked washer/dryer. Condo is located on the 7th floor. Coronado Shores is a unique property with many amenities including pools and tennis courts. Please note that there are no charging stations in the garage for electric vehicles but the public golf course which is one mile away has some for public use.

An amazing, beautiful, newly remodeled unit!

This unit was newly remodeled and had the best balcony loaded with ocean views! From the new furniture to the new carpets and fixtures, this was the nicest one bedroom units we have ever stayed in at the Shores. Building is well managed and our unit was on a quiet floor. Our leasing agent Troy was super helpful with every need we had and made another summer visit to Coronado an enjoyable one. Would definitely consider renting this unit again...Thanks Troy!
