Our newly-renovated 1 bedroom Koukaki apartment is in the historic centre of Athens - located within easy walking distance of the major sightseeing attractions (the Acropolis and its museum, Plaka, the Temple of Olympian Zeus, Syntagma Square etc.) as well as useful transport links.
And also has the advantage of being located in a safe, cosmopolitan and residential neighbourhood!

This bright, corner 55 square metre apartment can accommodate up to 4 people - it has 1 bedroom with a queen-sized bed for 2 and a sofa in the living room which converts to a double bed that is comfortable for another 2 people. The kitchen has all the necessary amenities for preparing your meals and beverages. There are several supermarkets nearby for any provisions – but honestly, should you want to give cooking a break, there are innumerable cafés, bars and restaurants in the area, catering to all tastes. Fresh linen and towels are supplied by us with an extra set available in the linen cupboard.
The apartment offers free Wi-Fi and 5 (yes 5!) Internet network sockets should you prefer this connection method. There is also a 32 inch LCD TV in the living room area.
Last but not least, the apartment’s main veranda is a good spot to relax and enjoy the fusion of modern and ancient Athens.

Koukaki is situated at the base of Filopappos Hill and is primarily a residential and safe area (the local police station is just across the road to our apartment). In spite of its close proximity to the many ancient monuments and museums, Koukaki retains its local colour and, for this reason, it is a much sought-after location for visitors. The area has a variety of supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, launderette/dry cleaners, hairdressers etc. literally around the corner.

Any planned excursions to historic sites and museums can be made on foot in less than 15 minutes.
