Closely located to local super markets and restaurants, you don't have to walk far, for a lovely meal or quick trip to the store. 20min bus ride will take you to the city centre where you can spend the day exploring all of Cambridge by taking a trip along the river, visiting the historic Universities, museums and many more.
The space
Lovely open living room area with separate kitchen.
Upstairs you have your bedrooms and bathroom and a separate bathroom downstairs.
Third bedroom has a double futon/sofa bed
Beautiful garden to drink your morning coffee or soak up the sun on those sunny days.

Other things to note
Please note that last-minute reservations made within 24 hours of arrival are subject to a change in arrival time from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm.
The property only accepts the number of adults listed on the reservation confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the reservation will not be accepted.

Each guest will be asked to send identification within 48 hours once the reservation is created and at check-in.
This property does not accommodate bachelorette parties, bachelor parties, or similar celebrations.
This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked not to make excessive noise.
A noise abatement policy is in effect between 9 pm and 7 am.
Guests must leave the property in the same condition as they arrived.

If you leave the property at a late time or other than the scheduled time, 10:00 am on the last day, without prior mutual agreement, you will be charged a £55 reminder fee.

If the above policies are not followed, a penalty fee will be applied to guests for any damage caused to the property.
A penalty fee of £150 will be applied to your deposit if you smoke on the property.
