NEVER EVER

Wir waren 1,5 h im Zimmer eingesperrt, weil die Tür verklemmt war (wieso auch immer). Das Sofabett war gebrochen und wurde nicht ersetzt, es wurde ja aber eins bestellt, super, dann komm ich bald wieder um es zu benutzen !!!!! NICHT. Kommunikation war katastrophal, die Mitarbeiter haben 0 Ahnung und 0 Bezug zum Apartment.
