Located in the popular seaside town of Southsea, just east of Portsmouth, this 2 bedroom house with garden has plenty to make you feel at home. Whether you’re planning a weekend away, a week-long business trip or a longer term stay, this beautifully presented home is ideal for you. Let’s take a look around.

THE LIVING ROOM
The first room you encounter as you enter via your private front door is this bright room at the front of the house. There’s space in here for two sofas, one of which converts into a double bed. Gather in here for TV watching sessions, and perhaps enjoy a quiet moment alone, feet up, browsing the internet (the whole house is served by fast wifi).

THE DINING ROOM
Further along the hall - which like most of the rest of the house has real wooden flooring - is the dining area. A quality wooden table with four chairs enjoys pride of place in here, great for formal meal occasions, perhaps to celebrate that special event that brings you all here in the first place. Clear away the plates and you have a table for work or games as you prefer.

THE KITCHEN
Here’s a bright and attractive space in which you’ll enjoy preparing meals. All the cookware and appliances you’ll need are here, and there’s a breakfast bar with two stools where people can enjoy morning coffees. You’ll also find a dishwasher and washing machine, so no one need waste too much time on any chores while you stay here.

THE BATHROOM
Located downstairs, the tiled bathroom is easily access, and features a tub with shower overhead plus a wash basin and WC. Your hosts provide towels for all guests, so there’s no need to try and cram those into your luggage.

THE GARDEN
Have we saved the best until last? Quite possibly! Because your outside space (accessed from the kitchen) features a covered garden bar with soft seating overlooking the lawn and patio area which also features a table and chairs. Be sure to grab every opportunity to get outside and enjoy this wonderful space.

THE 2 BEDROOMS
Upstairs in this house is exclusively for the 2 bedrooms, both of which feature high quality and very comfortable double beds. Take your pick, and know that whichever room you sleep in, there will be plenty of space to store your clothing, bags and other belongings.
