The total surface of the villa is about 500m2, it is surrounded by a beautiful park and offers a with a tennis court, a lake and a double overflowing pool and a boule area (pétanque). A ping pong table is also at disposal on one of the many terraces.

This property is fully equipped with air-conditioning and offers 5 bedrooms :
On the garden level is one double bedroom with en-suite shower room and direct access to an East facing terrace. On the west side, and going through a corridor, a studio room is offering three single beds, a double sofa bed, a kitchenette and a bathroom, this bedroom has direct access to the west side terrace.

The expansive ground floor living area is composed of a seating room with large flat screen TV, a dining area, and an open kitchen with central island and is opened on two side with glass wall overlooking a south and west facing terraces.

From the main hallway, a beautiful staircase leads to the first floor with three more bedrooms : one double bedroom with en-suite shower room and access to a large private north facing terrace, and another parental suite is composed of a double bedroom and another room with a sofa bed and a cot bed, these bedrooms share a beautiful master bathroom with bath and shower and access to a south facing deck terrace.

Exteriors :
On the South side, the terrace is covered by a bio-climatic pergola allowing just enough light and breeze to enjoy dining "al fresco" and on the other side a beautiful seating area.

On the West terrace, a large number of sun deck chairs are surrounding the double overflowing pool.

A few steps to the west side of the garden is a sand tennis court and a boules playing area, and right in front of the house is a decorative lake.
Both the park and the tennis court are lit at night to enjoy the evenings.

The villa Safran is located in the village of Lattes, ideally situated between Montpellier and the beaches (Carnon, Palavas-les-flots, La grande motte…), also a short drive away from the airport. This villa in 5 minutes walk from a very nice bakery.

Lattes offers a large choice of nice restaurants, food shops and markets, and lots more amenities are available in nearby villages and beach resorts. 

The surroundings offers beautifull walking tours, tree climbing for kids (but not only) and horse riding, 2 minutes walk from the villa.
