Entertainment area
The lobby and bar area, where a basket of fresh fruits awaits you, sip from the champagne on trendy comfy barstools and get up to try your aiming skills at the dart board on the wall. control the ambient lighting with the remote. switch off your phone or charge it at the usb wall charger, connect to the Bluetooth built-in audio speakers on the ceiling to listen to your fav playlists in the background.

The bedroom
As you head up the stairs to relax in comfort in this cozy and chic bedroom. It has a comfortable bed, crisp linens, comfy cushions and padded walls as you kick back and enjoy your favourite programs on the Smart TV screen.

The indoor Hotub
it will be just the perfect temperature if you check and adjust it to 38c on the remote attached to the hot tub, you will see the tub as soon as you go down the stairs, hang up your bathrobe and soak in the jet bubbles in and when you feel like it during your stay.

Outdoor garden
Sit, dine and relax in the private garden next to the outdoor hot tub and eucalyptus tree.
the smoker grill awaits if you have a BBQ planned.

I want to make sure you have a pleasant, hassle-free stay! To ensure you have the best experience possible and to maintain the property and the good relationship with the community, here are additional house rules:

• Lost keys or forgotten keys incur a replacement fee; the minimum charge is £150

• Any type of illegal activity is strictly prohibited

• Unauthorized early check-in and late check-out charge is £250 plus the equivalent amount of the night(s) impacted

• A refundable security deposit of £500 will be pre-authorized and this will be refunded after check-out. Alternatively, you may opt to pay a non-refundable £35 damage waiver fee in lieu of the security deposit. This is via the verification platform SuperHog.
